Trip -

" Had a trip over to TN for whitewater rafting this weekend. Lots of driving thats for sure..we ended up taking a few detours into the scenic parts of the state...but its all good. When we finally did get there the people that we were meeting up with were already ready for bed...so me and John decided to go walk the streets for a bit (we were downtown). That was quite an experience heh considering all the ppl on the street were pretty smashed. There were cops everywhere...we got to witness a lil episode..we were walkin down the street..and out of no where like 3 cop cars appear out of no where (one was just down the street...and felt it necessary to burn rubber to go down a block) and pull this dude out of a bar...mace and all. Was interesting. We searched for food...and finding none went and retired.

The next morning..we go up really early and seached out some expensive breakfast...which we found with little problem. We ate...and after some trivials we headed off to find the river. Got there...go all prepped up...met our guide. We got the one that hadnt slept in a day...but still claimed he was ok. Got in the river and stuff...turns out we did in fact have a knowledgable guide...we started near last and ended up in the front. I got to ride in the front since I was a newbie..the water was..cold. Got to witness several people being thrown overboard..that was fun heh One guide had his whole boat overboard. He had this big grin on his face the whole time. Overall a good trip...very pretty surroundings. (fluffy box full of kittens)

Got dressed in some dry cloths and headed back. Went to the Riply 'Entertainment' Aquarium...very nice building. Lots of interesting fishes and stuff in there. By the time we got out..it was pouring...at some point we made it up to the little lift thingy and rode it to the top of the mountain. Had to take my slip ons off..cause they would have fallen to thier deaths :(

Got a drink...talked for a bit...went to sleep..had breakfast in the morning. Thats the lil summary for yall :)

G'day "

" yesterday was a great way to end the year.
things were so perfect.
i love everyone and being outside and with nature surrounding me and taking pictures that will hold the memories better than my brain ever could. being able to look back and laugh and relish in such wonderful moments.
i didn't burn, which is a miracle. although the tops of my legs are spotted with redness... they don't hurt though... so oh well.
"it's funny how the happy person feels out of place."
looking up at the stars, trying to connect the stars with your fingers, drawing imaginary lines so i could see. it was perfect as well. trying to catch a lightening bug, but not wanting it to burrow in my hair, dropping me and putting grass stains on my shirt. it meant so much to me. laying on your couch in the dark, telling me things, letting me in, but me being tired and soudning mean wasn't real and be being thankful and loving you was. falling asleep and waking up with your arms around me never gets old.

btw, that "really mean poem" wasn't directed toward anyone inparticular. it was directed towards a group of people that like to destroy my happiness. but it's not really a mean poem at all. it's about me not caring and being happy bc no matter what, i will have my happiness. and that's about it.
i love this song... "

" A positively barrel-load of quizzes, as I am up too early on a Saturday, my Mum is writing her reports on her computer which is next to mine which means no fic writing, and I'm overtly covered in spots all over my cleavage.

Also, we're having so many leaflets for the local elections through the door that it is quite worrying. Especially with the BNP leaflet. I burned it, with much applause from my mother (she's Plaid Cymru) and less enthusiasm from my father (flaming Tory that he is).

FA Cup today. Come in Millwall, I've been your bitch since I was born, so damned well win something.
