"We all know that if a woman you've just met agrees to come back to your pad, you're doing very well and the toughest part is behind you. But you're not looking to just rack up numbers here, right? You want to drive it -- and her -- home and enjoy the fruits of your labor -- the good times that are, for many, the point of the whole exercise. Other than the way you carry yourself, there's no better way to set the mood than by having an inviting and impressive pad. Suave dcor and a few key elements are all it takes to turn your conquest into an adventure for her and, as a result, for you."

According to market analysts, business and leisure travel to Egypt from the Middle East region has increased by 35 per cent during the first half of 2004 compared to the same period the previous year."

" I am a stranger to myself, but I can tell you the facts... I was born in North Carolina in 81; lived there until I was five. (Don't worry, this will get more interesting further down) Then I lived in Allentown, PA for a year. My family rented a house while we searched for one to buy. I don't remember much there except that my mom use to make me come inside when the kids across the street came over to play on the swingset. My brothers called them "Slimer-Grimers" and I suppose they must have been if my mom wouldn't let me play with them. Yeah, I have brothers. I am the youngest of four kids. My brothers are 31, 30, and 28. I'm 22. Growing up with three older brothers had its ups and downs. It's led me to be more of a "tomboy" then a "girly-girl", but other then that; there's not much to tell. After renting a house in Allentown, my family moved to a small town called Lehighton in PA. Elementary school was great. I'd say it was my most social time. Then again, I guess all kids are social when they're that age. I really don't know. I just remember having girls fighting over who was my best friend. I was an all around great kid. I stayed out of trouble, had friends from all walks of life, hell - I even spent my recesses helping out in the mentally/physically handicapped kids class. I was a cheerleader for the team Oklahoma in "pee-wee" and "knee-high" football, and damn good at it. I loved to read R.L Stein books, and wrote stories and poems of my own. My dream was to become an English teacher or an author. Everything is so easy when you're a kid. When I went into middle school, things started to change. I had grown up with all of 30 other kids or so; there had been elementary schools for every township. Then in middle school, they all came together. Overwhelming at first, but I got adjusted easy enough. I suppose that's when "cliques" really start forming though. I kept some of my same best friends, met new people, but it just wasn't the same. Two of my "best" friends at the time were Nicki and Becky. They shared my love of reading and writing, and we often collaborated on it all. We even went through phases of dressing alike. And not just normal stuff; I mean we went through a phase of wearing bellbottoms and hippie threads. We would always plan it all out over the phone, in class, whatever. Then one day, they just turned on me. To this day I don't know why. It was mainly Nicki, but Becky stuck by her side. The lines they used were that I just copied them. How immature - I know - but remember this is 7th grade i'm talking about. In any case, I was crushed. Not only did I lose two people that I had constantly hung out with for 7 years, but they managed to get the rest of their posse against me. I had to deal with the harassing comments during class, the way they made me look like a dick for every little thing I did, and to top it all off, the whole group of girls used to corner me outside after lunch and just verbally harass me. All I remember is there were so many days I just got home and sobbed over it all. Looking back, I'm sure that's where my anti-social behavior stems from. Not even through high school did I ever speak to any of those girls again. And though I'm sure they saw the shame of their ways, they never offered an apology or explanation. Stupid bitches. High school was ok. I found other people, other friends from elementary school who accepted me and I stuck with them. I stayed a "good kid". Yup, still continued spending time with the handi-capped classroom. I spent my study halls helping them. It was always just a way to ease my mind and show me things could be worse. These kids may have had more challenges than anyone, but they were always happy...I dunno. But anyways, I never drank or did any drugs or anything in high school, and let me assure you there was plenty of it going on in my town. In fact, I pretty much came home, got on the computer, and spent my time in front of that damn machine until the wee morning hours. It was an escape for me. I always had friends online, people who listened and shared thoughts. It made me feel like I had a place; like I belonged. I met some guys off the internet too that happened to be closeby. One was this guy Jeff who lived in Allentown. He's one messed up kid. I think he's a pathological liar, and then some. I know he told one of his ex's that I had Lou Gehrigs disease and died. Whatever. I always saw him as a real "bad boy". He ordered his parents around and always had tons of friends (and enemies.) I could never seem to say "no" to the kid, no matter what the request. I wanted him to be my "first". He wasn't ready yet. I dated him off and on (for what must have ended up as 5 years or so). I just couldn't ever trust him; and I was tired of being around when it was convenient for him. I am faithful as can be; but only if I can expect the same from the other person. We did end up having a sexual relationship. To this day I don't know if I ended up being his first. I'd like to think I was b/c you never forget your first... I also met Kevin & Jahn off the internet. They were from the town next to me. Both potheads, and whitewater rafting guides. I wound up going out with Kevin, but I always talked to Jahn too. I really liked Kevin, but I could never seem to get that close to him and I never knew why...until I found out his ex was pregnant and he was the daddy. Still, I think it's respectable that he didn't want to risk it all. I tried several times to persuade him to be my first but he never gave in. (By this time, I was very ready to lose my virginity). I broke up with him after I went to the rafting center one day looking for him, and he drove up with another girl in his van and sped away in hopes I didn't see him in time. I was so pissed all the guides had to hold me back so I didn't go run him & "Raven" (the girl) off the road. I dated his friend Jahn for a little while a few months later. Not the nicest thing to do, but Kevin actually didn't seem to mind. He had a daughter to worry about. Jahn ended up being my first. He came over one day, and against my moms wishes, we just closed the bedroom door. Not much to say about the experience. It was over in like 30 seconds, and I didn't hear from him for 2 weeks afterwards. But, neither of us really expected anything more from it, so we remained friends. If I hadn't wanted to do it, I wouldn't have. I have heard from Jahn a few times since then, but had to stop speaking to him b/c my husband thinks he's just trying to get in my pants. I know he's not, and I've tried speaking to him once or twice since then but he won't reply anymore. Oh well. I saw Kevin once, a long time ago. We played video games while his daughter was sleeping on the couch. Kevin has since passed away from cancer. He was only 22, and he had a 2 year old daughter. That's really sad. Next was Jim. I actually got fixed up with him through a friend. He was a year or two older than me...a drummer in a struggling local band and a machinest by day-job. We saw each other every day. He took me to my senior prom. He helped me move in at college and came to see me every weekend. We had a good relationship. I used to go see all his "gigs" with Neener, who was the friend that fixed us up. She was dating the bass player at the time. He was supposed to come up to my campus (PSU Berks) after his gig one weekend, but instead he called me over the phone and dumped me. When I asked if I should still go to his Christmas party at work to help him save face, he told me Anne was going. I was not only pissed, and convinced he'd been cheating, but I was devastated. It was the weekend before finals, and I spent the whole weekend crying in bed. That was in fall of 99'. I have not seen him since, and I know he still won't face me. Bastard. I hold grudges with no one; except maybe him... After that happened, I kind of lost it. I snapped; started into a downward spiral. For about a year, I went and met a lot of guys off the internet. I had sex with just about all of them. Not one-night stands really, but I guess you could say casual sex. Part of me was hoping for more; and part of me knew they were just using me. But hell, I guess I was playing them just as much. As heinous as it might sound, sex with a stranger was a very thrilling thing. When I go back and try to remember them all, I am lucky to remember all their names; not last names...first names!! Adam (this guy from Rutgers. He scared me off when he started wanting me to be gay with him; he wanted me to use a strap-on on him), Jay (I remember the first thing that came out of his mouth the night I met him was "I have got to make love to you tonight), Jesse (pothead from NY. Sweet guy, but no ambition. I finally gave up on our relationship turning into anything, and a 3 hour drive each way every weekend wouldn't have lasted anyways), Brent (I dated two Brent's. One was a virgin; and I left him that way. He was sweet and eager to please. Too eager to please...he was there every time I turned around. The other Brent I saw a few times. He's just...I don't know what he was...we had sex once (if you can call it that) and he was literally too drunk to F*ck...I was just kinda laying there while he's thinking he's going all at it when he wasn't even inside me...HAHAHAHA...but he still finished...twice...so who was I to try and point this out to him?), Paul (my oldest brothers best friend, or one of them...my brother never found out about us...Paul was sweet, and it was a good relationship, but I wasn't his top priority and that really bothered me. One day I couldn't take it anymore and broke up with him...I am willing to bet though if I hadn't ended up with my husband I may have ended up with Paul), Scott (I really liked Scott. He was quite a tease in bed which drove me wild. He was also just genuinely sweet and funny. I went out with him for a few months...but it just never turned into anything so we just kind of broke it off), Joe (this guy was a true dick...he came to my dorm, we'd go out and do something, come back and have sex...only for me to find out one night when he thought I was asleep that he was on my PC IM'ing other chicks trying to hook up with them...stupid little fuck), Shawn (ok, I never wanted this one to happen, I'm just not very good at saying no either...this guy was living with his gf of years, and while she's at work he invites me over (I had dated his bet friend, so though I knew Shawn liked me, I figured he wouldn't try anything) but he starts getting all on me and we wind up having sex in their house...he's married to that girl now and to this day I never know if he told her or not), and at least one or two I can picture...(like this one guy I went out with a few times...and I got grossed out cuz he had the same damn cumstain on his jeans every time I saw him...) Am I ashamed? No. Do I regret it? No. Would I be dead by now if I hadn't stopped my wreckless ways? Hell yeah. NOT a very healthy lifestyle. And did I mention I used to strip on webcam? That was thrilling while it happened, but grew tiresome quickly. Plus someone, and I still don't know who, decided to mail a photo of me doing that to my dad. My father didn't speak to me or stay in the same room as me for a year or two. It sucked. It all earned me a bad reputation. I was a slut I guess, and I have to admit that. I didn't have a lot of friends at college because of it. Once I moved on campus especially; everyone in my dorm knew it somehow. I didn't relate to my roomate, Niche, who was from Philly. We came from two totally different worlds and by this time I was only really able to communicate online or to guys that were strangers. Her friends Fifi & Hawa next door weren't exactly easy to relate to either; for me anyways. They were all very nice, outgoing girls - don't get me wrong - the problem was I was not a nice, outgoing girl (I was an anti-social slut). I dunno. I still didn't drink...which also didn't help. The one guy that did talk to me from the dorms was just as confused in his own way...he and his friends just "robo-tripped" every night (drinking a bottle of robitussin for a high). So we talked now and then; and no sex involved. I did smoke a joint once or twice, trying to fit in with some of my off-campus friends. They were always cool; Jay & Mike. My behavior only stopped for one reason. R. I won't use his name cuz he really hates that. I used to talk to him over the net and he called me one night and invited me over. (He lived in Jersey). He didn't think I would come, but I was all too accustomed to just going on a whim to meet a guy and possibly hook up. I showed up, which he never expected. We did have sex, and as much as I thought it would be a one-night stand. It turned into much more. That was 4 years ago and now i'm married to "R". Who'd have thunk it? He helped me battle my demons and I helped him (and unfortunately still help him once or twice a year) battle his coke habit. That shit is just scary. I've seen too many fiends. I drink now, almost too much. And I smoke weed too, though i'm not a pothead. A little bit goes a long way. And also helping is that I don't know where to get it. But, it makes it all the better when some finally finds its way to me. I dropped out of college soon after meeting "R", and haven't finished it yet. I work full-time instead, professional, thank you very much. Ok, so I'm an "admin asst". But i'm the admin asst to the CEO of a huge public company. Besides, i'll get back to school someday...just takes so damn long when you're working full-time. Think you know me now? We've only just begun... "
