When it gets cold in Minnesota, nobody wants to take their dog outside to bathe them.
Then again, nobody really wants dog hair clogging their shower drains either.
That's where Annie's Pet Parlor comes in.
Carol "Annie" Hophan open the professional pet grooming shop in the Main Street Market building as the fulfillment of a long-time dream.
Hophan has been a pet groomer for years and has built up expertise by caring for nearly every breed of dog one could imagine.
She still works part-time at a pet grooming shop in Blaine, but hopes to be full time in Rush City soon."
